Raccoon - Goose Lake Prairie

This guy wasn't doing too good. I did a little research on rabies and raccoons. Raccoons are the primary carrier of rabies in North America. The symptoms matched. This guy was at times lethargic and erratic. It did have some foaming of the mouth, but it isn't too clear in these photos. Thoughts? Any rabies experts out there?My stocklist
